Our Christmas Santa photos are a joy to end the year with, as we celebrate the festive season with fun, warmth, and festive charm.

If you’re booking a No-Santa day, you can choose to add Santa in digitally, after your session.
Digital Santa can be added to the Christmas Mail Room set only.
We started Digital Santa in 2020, and news quickly spread! We were interviewed on 97.3fm radio, ABC Brisbane and the Daily Mail, and were invited to record Christmas podcasts with Christmas Podding!
Our Christmas Santa sessions quickly went viral around the world!

Hi, I’m Claire, your Christmas photographer!
I’m the crazy excitement behind this shindig, and I just love everything Christmas! It’s my absolute fave time of the year, and I absolutely love building, creating, and styling our beautiful Christmas sets to share with my clients every year.
This year I’ve created my own sets, printed the backdrops, and will be styling with our Christmas furniture and finishes!
Christmas sessions started many years ago, with a few clients coming over for some very basic Christmas photos.
During Covid, I embarked on a “digital Santa”, and was found and promoted by ABC Brisbane, 97.3fm radio, The Daily Mail, and had a few interviews and podcasts.
This year in 2025, we will have over 100 families through our studio doors for Christmas. It’s our favourite time of year, and I love it SO much.
Christmas doesn’t stop after your session!
Come back for a drive-by in December, while we add a few thousands lights to our home every year. I have big plans for this year, but sshhhh, don’t tell my husband, haha! (He thinks we have enough already).

LOCATION
Q: Where is your studio?
A: Murrumba Downs, Brisbane Northside
INCLUSIONS
Q: How much are the photos?
A: Standard 20 minute session for $275 with 10 Digital Images. VIP sessions have sold out.
Q: What if I want extras?
A: No problems! You can purchase extras after you see your gallery. Individual $40 each. Whole gallery upgrade is $109.
SET AND DESIGN
Q: Will the sets change before the day?
A: The backdrops themselves have been designed and printed and the walls are as depicted in the example images. Furniture and styling will not be finalised until close to the day. You can see however some colours of furniture in our artistic mockup that we are aiming for in the final design. So, use these colours as a guide, and start assembling your outfits!
DATES
Q: What dates are the photos?
A: Dates are 15th November – 6th December 2025. Extra date 20 December.
Q: I can’t make those dates.
A: Extra dates are now full.
Q: I need to reschedule our date.
A: We cannot reschedule dates after 20 December.
SANTA
Q: I’ve booked a Santa session, what do I get?
A: Santa will be here on 16th November only. He’ll be sitting at the Mail Room set, however all 3 sets are together in the same studio – so you’ll see him the whole time!
Q: Can I have Santa on multiple sets?
A: Sorry, no, there isn’t time. Only one set for Santa.
Q: What if my child doesn’t like Santa?
A: We roll with it! We won’t know how kids will react, and that’s half the fun, photographing what happens. I have plenty of screaming photos of my kids too! We don’t offer refunds, so please be flexible and understanding.
Q: What if we don’t want Santa in our Santa photos?
A: Santa may be able to step away for a few minutes, but we don’t have time to move him around the set all day.
SICKNESS
Q: What if we’re sick on the day?
A: That’s something we can’t help, however, if you’re sick on the day, we can’t rebook your session so you WILL NOT be refunded. There may be the option of rescheduling to a weekday. If you’re sick, let us know asap, and stay home.
We only keep a few times available for sick/rescheduled sessions. If you cannot make a rescheduled session, you will not be refunded.
If you arrive sick, your session may be terminated on the spot with no refund.
Our very last date is 20 December. If you are sick or do not make your session, you will not be refunded.
Q: What if the photographer is sick on the day?
A: This has happened to me before, which is why I have other Photographers ready to go as backups.
CANCELLATIONS
Q: We need to cancel our session.
A: Cancellations/refunds are not available within 14 days of your session date. Please refer to your contract for terms and conditions.
$50 Admin Fee applies to manual cancellations.
EDITING CHANGES
Q: What if I don’t like my photos?
A: I’ll be doing my very best to capture beautiful photos of your family/kids in the limited time we have. I’m a professional photographer with 20 years experience, and I will only hand over quality photographs. I’m sorry if you don’t like your photos, but I will have done my best to photograph what I see on the day.
Q: I want more editing done/body changes/remove pimples etc.
A: Due to the thousands of photos taken over Christmas, we cannot individually hand-edit each photo. Our editing process includes a global preset to enhance the image but not remove blemishes or alter the images. Extra editing is available including skin smoothing, blemish removal, under-eye bags, double chins etc, is charged at $35 per gallery.
CAN I BRING PETS
Q: Can I bring pets?
A: Sorry NO pets will be allowed in our 2025 sets.
OTHER
Q: What if I’m late?
A: If you’re late, delayed, etc, you will either miss your time slot, or it will be very tight! We have back-to-back bookings all day so we can’t fit in late arrivals. Please plan to arrive EARLY.
Q: What if my child/family knocks over something and breaks it?
A: Mistakes happen, but very expensive equipment is in our studio, costing into the thousands! Please keep your children calm and close to you. We are fully insured, but intentional harming of our equipment or sets will result in removing you from the set and possible legal action.
